    -Mengurus operasi harian gudang seperti:
    -Menerima stok buku dan Al-Quran
    -Menyusun, menyimpan dan merekod stok
    -Picking & packing untuk penghantaran
    - Memastikan semua stok masuk dan keluar direkod dengan tepat
    -Menyusun buku dan Al-Quran dengan kemas dan teratur dalam stor
    -Menyediakan pesanan untuk penghantaran kepada pelanggan atau cawangan
    -Membantu dalam kawalan stok dan semakan inventori
    -Menjalankan kerja stock take (kiraan stok) secara berkala
    -Memastikan keadaan buku dan Al-Quran dijaga dengan baik (tidak rosak)

    -Assist in sales activities during exhibitions, events, and roadshows
    -Promote and sell books, Al-Quran, and related products to customers
    -Approach and engage with walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
    -Support the sales team in achieving daily and overall sales targets
    -Handle product arrangement and ensure booth display is attractive and organized
    -Assist in setting up and dismantling exhibition booths

    - Collaborate with producers, directors, and content team to deliver engaging and meaningful Islamic programs
    - Edit and deliver additional programs and special projects assigned by Warisan Ummah Ikhlas Foundation, including:

    b. World #QuranHour
    c. Other Islamic campaigns and initiatives
    - Manage video assets, files, and archives systematically
    - Work under tight production schedules and meet daily/weekly deadlines
    - Ensure consistency in visual style, branding, and storytelling across all programs
    - Troubleshoot technical issues related to video editing and production

    - Manage end-to-end event operations including planning, logistics, and execution
    - Liaise with partners, NGOs, mosques, corporate sponsors, and community leaders
    - Develop campaign strategies to increase participation and public engagement
    - Coordinate promotional activities across media platforms (online & offline)
    - Work closely with internal teams (media, marketing, editorial) for campaign visibility
    - Prepare proposals, reports, and post-event analysis
    - Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements
    - Ensure all programs align with the foundation’s mission and Islamic values
    - Handle on-ground event coordination and troubleshooting

    2. Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
    3. Process invoices, payment vouchers, official receipts and general journal entries.
    4. Prepare bank reconciliations and reconciliation of creditors and debtors.
    5. Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
    6. Support monthly and yearly account closing activities.
    7. Manage financial records related to book publishing operations including printing and production costs.
    8. Review and process royalty payments to authors and copyright licensing fees.
    9. Prepare supporting schedules and documents for internal and external audits.
    10. Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards and internal controls.
    11. Undertake any other related duties as required by Management.

    1. Memberi sokongan teknikal harian kepada pengguna berkaitan sistem, aplikasi dan perkakasan IT.
    2. Menangani isu aplikasi (troubleshooting), mendiagnosis masalah dan memberikan penyelesaian tepat pada masanya.
    3. Menyokong operasi sistem dalaman termasuk aplikasi perniagaan, sistem web dan perisian pihak ketiga.
    4. Membantu proses pemasangan, konfigurasi dan penyelenggaraan perisian serta perkakasan IT.
    5. Memantau prestasi sistem dan memastikan kestabilan serta ketersediaan aplikasi.
    6. Merekod, mengemaskini dan menyelenggara dokumentasi teknikal serta laporan insiden IT.
    7. Berhubung dengan vendor atau pembekal sistem bagi isu teknikal dan penambahbaikan sistem.
    8. Menyokong pengguna dari segi latihan asas penggunaan sistem dan aplikasi.
    9. Memastikan pematuhan kepada polisi keselamatan IT dan amalan terbaik teknologi maklumat.
    10. Melaksanakan tugasan lain berkaitan IT yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan dari semasa ke semasa.
