Jawatan Customer & Membership Relationship Executive

Responsibilities:

·         Managing, expanding and adding value to our existing customer & membership database

·         Recruit and service new and existing customers & members

·         Handle and manage membership enquiries and applications

·         Set up and implement database management processes

·         Input and update the customer & membership database

·         Conduct campaigns to recruit new members

 

Requirements:

·         Diploma / Degree in Business, Management or any related course

·         With 1-2 years working experience, fresh graduates are also encourages to apply

·         Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications

·         Experience in CRM applications is an advantage.

·         Disciplined, self-motivated, efficient and independent

·         Good communication skills, both written and oral
